Reservations

We accept reservations for all services by calling us at (510) 428-2600. We do not accept reservations left via voicemail. Same day reservations are considered confirmed appointments.

Sunday - Tuesday 10:30 am - 5:30 pm
Wednesday - Saturday 10:30 am - 8:00 pm

Cancellations & No-Shows

Please give us 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation, to avoid a fee. You may cancel an appointment by calling us at (510) 428-2600. If you call after our regular business hours, you may cancel your appointment by leaving a message including your name and the day and time of your appointment.

Environment

To maintain a restorative environment at the salon, we ask that you please:

• Turn off your cell phone while you are in the salon.
• Bring another adult to supervise your children if you have an appointment. We must limit children in our service rooms for safety reasons.
• Refrain from bringing food and beverages into the salon.

If you have concerns, please feel free to ask to speak with a Shift Manager.

Late Arrivals

We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to unwind before your appointment. If you are late we will make every effort to accommodate you. Series cardholders please check out at the front desk prior to leaving, in case your series has run out.

Health & Safety

About Face and Body takes pride in providing a safe and sanitary environment for its clients and employees. We follow the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology guidelines and regulations for sanitation.
